Frequently Asked Questions

No, an account is not required to place an order.  However, there are some added benefits such as coupon codes  and notification of new products.   

We accept all credit card payments along with PayPal.  

All items are in stock and should reach you within 3 - 4 business days.  All orders placed before 2 p.m EST will ship same day.  

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if there is a problem, please reach out to us at cathy@theglittershopco.com and we will do are best to resolve any issue you may have.  Also, keep in mind, there may be a slight difference in color of glitter from what you see online and what you receive.  This is due to the difference in monitor calibrations.  It is also very difficult to photograph glitter.  

Most of the glitter we carry is manufactured in the United States. However, some glitter is imported. All glitter manufactured in the United States will be stated in it's description.
